Red Feather comes from a traditional Mayan tale.
At a young age, a strong Mayan warrior named Tecun Uman
was gifted a special bird; the resplendent Quetzal.
The Quetzal would go on to protect Tecun Uman all through his childhood into his adult years.
Tecun Uman would eventually become the leader of his people, becoming the last stronghold against the Spanish conquistadors...
Body Of Work
I have been the owner of Red Feather Films since 2013 and am a storyteller at heart. My father would tell me stories throughout my childhood which would fuel my imagination. Because of him and my roots in Latin American culture, I continue that path and tell stories through a visual medium. Feel free to reach out to connect!
High anxiety, irrational fears, and delusional waves of sleepless nights might not sound like a recipe for success, but for Ale, it comes together as a force of nature that fuels her creativity. Putting ideas on paper (storyboarding) and making them come to life (set design) are only a few tasks she conquers as creative director. It is through her nature to let ideas breathe and make the vision come true.
A lone wolf creative, a filmmaker, and photographer from Baton Rouge, LA. My idea of a fun weekend is working on personal creative projects, enjoying different ethnic foods (boba is a must), and admiring different forms of art. I'm obsessed with good lighting and 90's R&B is the best music, it's not up for debate. At first glance, I may be quite uninteresting but once you get to know me, you'll be glad you did.
Our visual brand has brought us worldwide, creating a vast network with other creatives on all sides of the spectrum. From producers to equipment rentals, connecting as many different creatives together to bring the idea to life.
Learning and connecting with others one location at a time.
